Topknot and Denim
I don’t know what it is about floral prints, but I’m always drawn to them. I picked up a few meters of this gorgeous white and pink rose fabric a few weeks ago. I had no idea what I was going to make with it, but at $2/meter I wasn’t about to pass it up…
Jacket: Thrifted//Denim Vest: Thrifted//Floral Shirt: Sewn by me//Jeans: Citizens// Flats: Dorothy Perkins
Last night after a glass of wine or two, I brought out my sewing machine and attempted to make just a simple tee-shirt. If you aren’t too concerned with hems and perfection, as I clearly was not, then the total time to make the t-shirt is about 10 minutes. You can bet I’ll be making a few (hundred) of these for summer!
P.S. This is my first time sporting a topknot. I’m a little bit late on this trend. I’m pleased with the way it turned out and it’s a little bit more interesting than wearing a pony tail!

Luckily, there are many methods in safely
removing unwanted hair. My hair doesn’t always look good when I’m going to attend openings and
red carpet events. Generally, these products are more expensive than
their watered-down counterparts, but you can find a few affordable pure silicone hair products (see below).
